Need some help deciding between two offers – eClerx Services Ltd. and CitiusTech Healthcare Technologies . I have around 5 years of experience in .NET, and both are offering almost the same package and similar work.

If anyone has worked in either of these or has any insights, please share your experience. It would really help me make a decision.

With that background and currently being in a candidate's market, roughly what should I target as my salary?

Right now, I'm at 100k with 5% bonus as a BA.

Hello fishes, to join in wipro passport is mandatory like they mentioned in onboarding as my previous organisation(payroll company). it is not mandatory so i dont have a passport and my joining date is april 28th

What is the best time of the year to be in the notice period?

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

Guys, need one quick suggestion -

28th Jan(after 2 days) is my joining date in one of the organisation.. meanwhile I get a call from one of captive company for final managerial discussion scheduled for today itself.
I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
Ques- should I tell after 2 days I have to join one of organization. Or can I tell, still I am with current organisation and serving np, probably 60 days left and wait for their offer..
