I’ve cleared L2 HR (last round) at LTIMindtree (now LTM) on March 27th , got this opportunity via recruiting agency. recruiter mentioned offer would be released tentatively this week, but the week’s over and i haven’t received any update yet. on the portal, the status still shows “HR”

Is this normal for their process? Should I still keep hope for the offer or start moving on?

Note: there’s been no official communication from LTM HR so far.

Has anyone actually found love at work? My best friend started at a new company 6 months ago and she just took an offer somewhere else because she and her senior manager fell for each other. After 6 months she knew it was worth leaving her job for! Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I applied to Amazon before for a highly senior position and made it to final interview so I think I would have a better chance for a new grad type role.
