@SAP IBP Consultant

Almost everyone from the LTM is asking not to join LTM because if you join your life becomes hell.
You'll be on the bench as a lack of projects in LTM and after 60 days HR will ask you to resign and promise to make you serve 3 months NP. But very next week your NP will be reduced by 2 months and will be only 1 Month without consulting you. So you'll be jobless in a month.
Even if you have a project at the time of selection it doesn't assure that the same project will be available once you join.

What's the grade/designation offered in LTM?

P4

Go with PwC than LTM

LTM lost its charm long back.

Making a lot of money relative to the average but feeling poor? Median after-tax income was ~$55,000 in 1981 and was ~$73,000 in 2020. Using a Bank of Canada inflation calculator $55,000 in 1981 is equivalent to ~$165,000 today, which would put someone in the top 10% of earners today. But in 1981 the median family had that extra money. Who can I blame?

What is one of the most frustrating parts of being a scientist or researcher?

I'll tell you what it is: referencing!

You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…

Kindly pls give me an idea about how the situation is now in both companies.
