Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? If you take a job as a customer success mgr for ads, or as a partnership mgr for learning solutions for industry X, are you going to get stuck in those products (ads, learning solutions), roles (CS, sales/partnerships), or target industry (X)?

I know I will get hated by saying this. Do you think gay pride events are portraying a bad image about our community to public? (Drugs, sexual, inappropriate clothes, and sometimes like strip clubs- some parts). I know it is right to present us but I just feel it is not the right way to show who we are. Good morning friends, I’m currently working in a clinical healthcare role but want to transition into change mgmt (healthcare). How could I bolt onto a change mgmt engagement as an assistant or facilitator? I’m near the end of an unpaid volunteer role in an OD engagement and it has worked great because it requires low hours of work while still providing me with experience.
