I have been in an awkward reporting structure for 2.5 years. On record I’ve reported to the VP of Marketing, who was crazy toxic, and technologically inept. I’m a senior website manage and she had no interest in my role. She shirked me off to also report to her two directors, PR and Call Center. Needless to say, that’s been a difficult situation for me. She’s gone and the new VP starts tomorrow. Any guidance on how to ensure this ends with the incumbent VP?

29, Currently a Deli Manager with over 3 years experience. I am completely burned out. I need a immediate career change we’re I can continue to support my self. I have experience in Banking, Real Estate, Shipping, caregiving, and the obvious retail experience. I do unfortunately have a deferred adjudication for theft it was dismissed a year ago, so I have 4 more years to seal the record. I would appreciate any recommendations.
