Going through the top 50 90s hip hop albums at the moment. Trying to listen to an album per lift. Nas, Mobb Deep, Wu Tang Clan, Biggie, and Jay Z take the top 5 so far.

All amazing artists. 90s hip hop is my favorite, especially for working out.
Rising Star
I’ve been listening to 90s rock lately!
Rising Star
Lots of Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Live, etc 😀
Pro
Nothing. Not a fan of music when working out, personally. I like to focus on my breathing and my body and I find music distracting for that.
Rising Star
Meek Mill. You will either set a PR or injure yourself listening to his music

I listen to Playmode.ca which is a workout mix podcast. It streams on all podcast platforms. Small dj putting in the work. Called 'playmode workout mix'
I like anything with a steady & fast paced beat, so edm (dubstep & house genres) does the trick for me, but definitely not everyone’s cup of tea haha
Slowly getting into audio books and trying to listen to a portion of a book daily during walks and workouts instead of music.
Just finished Cribsheet and Essentialism.
Next up is Unconditional Parenting and A guide to the good life.
A lot of my workouts are sport (squash matches) though and no music or books during the game
Workout intensity is pretty high by default

Depends
Heavy lift days generally some thrash metal. Megadeth and exodus are favorites
Lighter lifts: rock, rap, occasionally some pop. Depends how sad I am through the sesh
Here’s my playlist on Apple Music, it’s a mixture of k-hip hop, EDM, and Afrobeats: https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/trampolineeeee/pl.u-gxblkomT5MPYlkk
