Hi!
I have 7+ years of experience in small business management and operations within the Hospitality Industry (franchised motels).
For these last four years, I've been a technician in semiconductors (to have health insurance and actual income).
What side job can I start that can bloom into a real business? Is there a way to get an online business that I can manage from home for 3-4 hours every day?
Amway/MLM is not being considered as I am not a good salesperson.

Tech sales is a good place to make money; but it completely depends on how you want to shape your career. If you want to learn multiple skills and get exposure to many companies-consulting is the right place. Also ask yourself if you see yourself in Ireland for the foreseeable future or if you want to fly outside. Consulting in Ireland is limited to very few customers so it would be recommended that you get into tech then move to different countries. I know few people who have made to very senior level working in tech companies. To summarise- both places are good to be - in the long term you will make money in either places. Check your priorities and choose the option that feels right for you.
