How bad are short term job stints looked at in today’s world ?

I’m 25 I have a masters degree and I have two jobs I did for a year each and a couple of internships of a couple of months.

I’m just curious how this is viewed by in general. I’ve always been pretty good at all my jobs but I just can’t seem to commit and don’t see myself working for a company for years.

Performance marketing vs. Experiential marketing... one seems more stable but the other, more fun. Is it worth the trade off if you’re middle management and moving higher?

What would u do? 3 YOE HCOL city and I have 2 potential options:
1) move to a boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm in a similar role as I have now (client facing consulting role).. 120-130 base + 20% bonus
2) a product specialist role at Meta (FB). This told role product management, it’s analytics heavy. $107k base, 10% bonus, $30K stock.

At the end of the day, TC for both is similar. As far as exit opportunities I’m not sure what is better, so looking to get other people’s opinions.

Any recommendations how to best prepare for CGFM exams? What resources did you use?

4.5 YOE. s3 advisory looking to move to Finance or stay in advisory. Offer in Valuation as a second year analyst (85K). or just go to business transformation consulting at $105K. i hate leaving money on the table but i really like valuation. how much of a mistake is this.

Looking to improve general communication skills (especially around structuring narrative/ key messages), any books/courses that you would recommend?

As a (class of 2020) second year whose several classmates from different groups are already thinking about leaving/going to other firms, should I explore other options too? Don’t know if they’re being dramatic about how bad it is or if I’m just drinking the koolaid in my group?

I’m in IT in a large corp and I don’t know what to do. I’m the systems engineer and I planned around what I thought was a straight forward concept. It appears what I thought would be possible was wrong. Everyone celebrated thinking I’d figured it out, including me. Were spinning up a full team to build it and I’ve exhausted all avenues to find an alternative solution. There isn’t. Horrified this is a career limiting situation….

When I moved in-house a year ago as a BigLaw mid-level, I took a 45% pay cut, far more than I was comfortable with (although I was fine with a 20-30% cut). I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. From that conversation, I saw instant red flags. Any thoughts?
