How long does Genpact take to release offer letter?
They have already completed documents verification and verified adhaar details over a teams call.
This is the 3rd week going of all the overall process, I asked HR team last week they said some approvals and requisition id is pending. They will release the offer in this week only.
But Lot of overthinking and anxiety until received. Fingers Crossed 🤞

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

I realize sheer number of cases doesn’t tell the whole story… obviously you can be buried on one massive case. I’m finding it hard to jump back and forth between everything I have going on right now, though, but I don’t know if the answer is to just deal with it.
