I got selected in TCS and accepted an offer. They offered me very less hike saying the market is not good now.
I got selected in LTI Mindtree and they offered me 40% more than what TCS offered.

Can I renegotiate with TCS so that they can re issue an offer with increased pay or should I not.

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest
