Basic 8.2 L

Reimbursement component 44K

PF 8202 + 8202 = 16404

Yearly gratuity

Base + 10% variable = 22.5 LPA

CreditSafe

Basic 8.24 L

Reimbursement component 3.18L

PF 1800 + 1800 = 3600

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

Why only 1800 as PF in CreditSafe?

Hi. I’m relatively new to recruiting and my role is primarily in supporting recruiters. I’ve noticed that even when I include a specific request or call to action, that my emails receive a response less than 50% of the time. Is this lack of responsiveness indicative of company culture or more about the culture of recruiting, since they receive so many emails? Thoughts? I’ve not experienced this rate of responsiveness in any organization I’ve worked for. I am beginning to take it personally.

What are good sectors to specialise in if I wanted to keep my options open?

It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . Here my question is should i take this opportunity. Cause since this is only for 6 months. After that, what i can do, where should I try to get the job?
