Hey, I am dealing with some news that's tough and I'm struggling to keep a positive attitude but reallly need to motivate people in the new year and stay light. There is no reason for me to let it affect people, that will not help the company but I don't know how I might manage this and manage to hide it effectively. I've asked our HR director to draft comms for some announcements and I'll just sign from me, but any other ideas for positive energy when I don't have it to offer?

Actually i have been interviewed in Accenture .
Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
