I got an offer with PwC a month back, they did not ask any technical questions during my interview. They just asked whether I am flexible to work anytime.

But, PwC is offering me 17LPA and current CTC is 11.5LPA. My current company is ready to retain me with 100% hike.

Is PwC worth?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
