I have been contracting ZS Associates for the past 6 months and recently received an FTE offer for an Associate Consultant role. I have 5+ years of Data Science experience and a current CTC of around 30 LPA.

Is a ~30% hike feasible for an AC role, or will it cross the salary band?

Is there any chance of getting a C role with 5 YOE?

I know it has bad WLB, but I am thinking if they give a 30% hike, it seems a lucrative offer.

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?
