Ques1. Do I have an option to say No if some skill is not aligned? How long can I be on project bench? Any repercussions if my manager wants me to join and I don’t want that?
Ques 2. Can I reach out to someone else in common EXL pool and how?

This annual appraisal I have got a good % of appraisal increment on my salary but I was not promoted to a senior developer (although I have been mentoring a junior dev in my team and been part of building the project by implementing new technologies and tweaks) and my total YoE is 3.5+ years. What could be the reasons? What should I do now?

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. I am working for NetApp Client, Bangalore however My base Location is Hyderabad, and I have heard from a couple of NetApp Employees that they are planning to resume offices by May.

Offered -
25 lpa fixed
12% variable
Band - C1
Designation - Senior Consultant

Yoe 9
Relevant 4 years
Location : almost remote always (as i requested)
Package : 17lpa +2v + 1joining bonus

Feeling like lowballed by hr.
Though i had counter offer of 17.3 (15.7 fixed)

Queries:
1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.

6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.

Which one should he go for?
