Need some advice.I’m on the backside of my career having spent 35 years in healthcare focused on the delivery of care and the insurance of it in business Felipe my for disruptive companies. I am looking to create a side huddle that could grow into a part-time gig in 5 years earning 60k where. I am not a licensed medical professional but I know the healthcare ecosystem, motives, thinking, and challenges that exist. I’m wondering how to parlay this knowledge into a side gig. Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

CFP & ChFC looking to change firms. Currently in a bank program, but not a large portable book to bring over to the next firm. Over a decade experience and about to finish up my MBA. Currently nowhere near the income level I want to be. Any suggestions for a good program to go to for my next move?

Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game.
