Just wanted to know who will be deciding the cadre while recruiting . Is it decided in technical round or the HR decided based upon YOE and package slabs ? Please give suggestions on this.

My current YOE is 8.5 . And CTC offered is 25 LPA . Please suggest if I can ask for P4 . As I could see few colleagues in LTImindtree is at P4 with same experience. Also please let me know do we have any fuel allowance of being P4 as it's manager equivalent role.

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.
