I'd take the corp exit. Manager at MBB is probably a lateral move at best for you. It isn't clear that the MBB brand and network is worth 200k over what you already have. And WLB is likely to be better.
However, if you have no clue what you want to do, and you don't like the idea of getting pigeonholed in the sleepy industry, then take MBB so you can have another year or 2 to figure it out while keeping options open.

What's your level /YOE now?
Do you want their name as well you OW spy you?
This is a bit confusing. If being a manager at a consulting firm that is viewed as slightly more prestigious than being a manager at a consulting firm you already work for is your “dream job”, then just take the “dream job”. Not sure why you’re so concerned about exits given you will already be in said dream job.
If that’s only your temp dream job, but you know what you want to do longer term I would just go straight at that. Ask OW partners to support you with contacts/referrals. This is more common than people think (since we don’t have up or out where a good portion of staff is effectively fired each year we don’t have a more institutionalized search process, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening)
To me the q to ask is, what role you’d ideally exit “post consulting” and is there a reason why you need a tour at MBB to make that happen vs. just passing this Corp opportunity and staying at OW. I personally think that MBB would not open up that many doors that aren’t open for you already.

Take MBB do a stint and hop. You're golden!

Do you have an MBA or any other big brand names on your resume? Everyone from MBB is trying to exit to tech. Is that where you want to be?
