1.) Corp Dev role (VP). 200 base, 22% bonus and some bps of fully diluted float. Comes out to ~100k annually at current valuation. Not sure I’m 100% sold on the company growth opportunity...sleepy company / industry

2.) manager level at MBB. Dream job of sorts. Something approximating 200 /20% bonus. Opens a lot of doors long term.

In short, trading near term upside for prospect of something better. Thoughts?

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.
