Start with CSM from Scrum Alliance and then if you are interested in scaling frameworks, I would suggest taking the Leading SAFe cert next.
There is also a free cert to get your feet wet, it’s called Scrum Fundamentals Certified. Good luck!
Same. Got the CSM from Scrum Alliance and now looking into SAFe and A-SCM.
PSM from Scrum.org is a far better path. It doesn’t require a class and you never have to pay to renew the certification once you earn it.
Well, thats awesome. You learn new everyday ;)
I'd pick PSM1 over CSM, though I have both. CSM seemed so easy to me. I ended up with a 100%. PSM1 was tougher though I still passed with over ninety something percent. I learned more preparing for the PSM1 than the mandatory CSM class. But truth be told, CSM scrum alliance are pretty good at marketing which is why most companies recognize it more. Just my thoughts. I plan on taking the PSPO as well.
I second Scrum Alliance with the CSM. It's the standard most employers are looking for.
PSM and CSM are seen as equivalent by the largest companies in the world.
CSM to start off and then depending on your interest you can do Pmi acp, SAFe.. that’s what I am planning to do as well
