I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

What’s the deal with RFPs? I’ve spent countless [non-billable] hours on several of them only to find out that I’m not included in the actual proposal (the document sent to the client showcasing the proposed case team). Is this normal?

Looking to learn coding. Any thoughts on learning code through a website like Udemy, CodeAcadeny, etc.?

Which is the more lucrative and flexible long term career path when comparing .NET development vs salesforce development.

By flexible I mean in terms of moving between positions, companies and technologies.

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

I currently work as an Change and Release manager. I became very interested in Agile and have pursued growing in knowledge. I have the PSM1 as well as the CSM. I also plan on doing the PSPO certification.
I am also in graduate school and a few classes shy of my MBA. I have over 20 years experience. I am curious as to what the salary range is for Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, or even Product Owners. Having this information will help me negotiate well in my next role.
