Functioning currently as a PM without the title looking to transition onto the project side completely —what would be the best way to pivot?

What have you used to prepare for the CAPM exam, if anything at all?

Has anyone had their LCA location updated so they can work from a different remote work location than their home office city? Did your firm take care of the process for you?

Would you leave a job at a startup who is still running on investment funds after almost 5-6 years of founding even though work environment is great?

Looking to save on all taxes as my remote career grows. Any recommendations or where to move / establishment residency? I don't see the advantages of being in California.

Im a third year and my current firm isn't bad and I'm pretty comfortable here. Im satisfied most of the time. There is one firm I've been keeping my eyes on because of its similarities to where I currently am (nice people, similar hours, culture).

Does anyone have any insight into partners retiring early? I am at a point where I need to consider leaving if I am not aiming for partner. I don’t see myself working past my 40s. My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. How do Program Managers handle quarterly planning in a non-SAFe organization? I’ve seen some concerning strategies and anti-patterns emerging, like trying to standardize story point estimations or using velocity to capacity plan. Venturing into Agile

I currently work as an Change and Release manager. I became very interested in Agile and have pursued growing in knowledge. I have the PSM1 as well as the CSM. I also plan on doing the PSPO certification.
I am also in graduate school and a few classes shy of my MBA. I have over 20 years experience. I am curious as to what the salary range is for Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, or even Product Owners. Having this information will help me negotiate well in my next role.
