Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?
What is your companies medical insurance like?
I think my company has not so good insurance but that’s just compared to friends I know that work down at the docks/port.
Current medical plan - single person.
plan is level 2 out of 3 tiers.
$97 a month blue anthem ppo
$1700 deductible
$4000 out of pocket max
100% preventive covered
80% diagnostic covered AFTER deductible hit
80% prescription covered AFTER $200 deductible hit…
Thinking about having surgery for my knee and this seems costly

I had worked with an accion lab with 1 year exp . As per my experience the leads will over burden you with lots of work even though if you stretch long hours to complete the work they will treat you in an unprofessional way like on call they will treat you like a slave even though if you will complain this to HR they dont do anything they will take the management side . so before joining think twice
Thats exactly the problem. When you get scared they scare you. Be confident. Deliver just 75% perfectly. Give proper excuses. This is in many organisation not just this.
