1) Accenture Strategy & Consulting - 22 LPA fixed, 3Lpa joining Bonus and 0-27% variable. Client

2) Mphasis - client BNP Paribas. HR informed today you have cleared all the rounds. HR discussion is scheduled for tomorrow. Have told my expected CTC as 25LPA fixed.

I need serious advice as I haven't heard good about Mphasis as a company. So what should I consider looking into hikes, wlb, projects, etc.

Mphasis & Accenture people please help to decide.

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work. It's been two months I joined in virtusa and got assigned to jp Morgan client project and now after completing the first task manager is saying since they have budget constraints I have to change another project and give interview for that.
Why at the first place they hired for this project?

Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

What is a reasonable pay increase + bonus? This will be my first pay increase. I make 70k and I will be starting my second year at big law (immigration). I had 2 years of prior experience before joining the firm.
