Can someone in the EY-Parthenon Singapore office tell me more about the difference between the role of a senior associate doing valuation in the strategy and transactions team and the generic strategy team? Saw 2 job postings with one specific for valuation, modeling and economics, and another for just the generic strategy team. What are some of the better L&E group in biglaw?
(I have recently joined IQVIA bangalore. I will receive my first month salary on 25th this month. Payroll portal got just created for me. So, I opened.)
In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

Yeah should have said no to begin with. If it’s a bridge worth keeping, just do the work. Just do C work and get it done. Better than a partially done A+ work.
agreed. or get another staff plugged in. partner won’t care who does the work, just that it gets done

If you say you are going to another firm they won’t let you do another minute of work
I believe if they tell you to leave the day you resign you still get paid out for 2 weeks and it’s treated as if you worked until the last day of that period and would still have health insurance for the remainder of the month that your “last day” falls in but don’t take my word for it
Ask yourself “what’s in it for me?” You can still change your mind. Or negotiate a fat 3 day bonus with written confirmation. If you’re going to private, your partner will need to be the one to keep the bridge built.
Stay three days and every time you want to do more / asked to do more during this time remind yourself that you are out in three days. Make the best use of them, e.g. do handovers and explaining where things are to the remaining team members vs doing actual work. Side note yes should have said no but I don't think it's gonna look good if you walk it back now.
Say no and that you have personal things planned during those three later days.
