Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Got an offer from a startup for 19.5LPA.
Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.
I am also an open source contributor for some NEXTjs related tooling.
