Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.

I went through six rounds of interviews including putting together a 30 minute presentation which I presented to the whole team. The whole process took about six weeks. I turned down another lead position at a different company waiting. After all that they told me that hiring for this role was on hold until further notice. I have 20+ years of HR systems experience.. specialized in global payroll and absent management. Have done multiple implementation projects. I am very much interested in working for workday. Multiple times I have applied for jobs in workday but never got any response. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I would really appreciate if I get any reference in workday.
