Hi all, curious your experience. Am interviewing for a role and in the JD the salary range stated it was base salary. In your experience does the range stated in the job description include the sign on bonus and RSU consideration? I did not get a straight forward response from the recruiter when I attempted to clarify.

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill
