Currently I am serving Notice period to Infosys.
I have two offers from MasterCard and GS LAB both Pune locations. Both are giving same hike around 70%. Both are very good companies. Although project is a little better from GS Lab.
Now I am confused which one to choose as next destination. Can anyone help ?
My biggest concern is I need WFH for longer period due to family issues.

Hi, I am selected for the Content Developer role in TechM, but they are just offering me a 30% hike and I even need to shift to Pune. Is it good or are there other ways to increase the offer? HR told me that this salary is auto generated from the system and can't be increased.

I have been trying to figure out what to do after my graduation (BTech Mechanical engineering, in IIIT).

Right now, by God's grace(not neglecting the fact many lost jobs this year) I have 3 options.
1. LT infotech (5lpa, Chennai, IT)
