By signing you agreed to accept the offer as is. There is nothing you can do about it now short of getting an offer from another company and using that to leverage an increase. But this soon after starting and you’ll likely burn bridges at Amazon.

Once you’ve signed a contract you have made a commitment. You’re no longer your recruiters responsibility, so they won’t work with you on this. You’d have to go direct to your new manager. I’ve never heard of a new starter contract being changed. You can of course open a dialogue with your new manager but understandably this wouldn’t be something they’d be overly thrilled to have to deal with.
Can’t ask now.
Also you can research your tc on levels and other places to see if you are being underpaid, but you won’t be upleveled or adjusted for at least a year or else your manager is admitting they misleveleved to begin with (looks bad on them).
Doesn’t change anything. You signed what you signed. Don’t send them back to finance to change things just for you.
You made it to Amazon, one good thing they do is bring newbies on top end as you should be raising the bar. Don’t think too hard what ifs etc. and focus on performance now and not getting PIPed at Amazon now.

I don’t anyone personally that was able to get more. Only 1 person 2 years ago got extra week of vacation. I think just depends on timing honestly.
Thank you all for your input! Much appreciated!
Congratulations on landing a role at Amazon! Don’t feel too bad about the salary negotiation. Getting in is tough enough - I’d have probably done the same thing out of just pure excitement about getting an offer. See where it goes for the next year and if you make a good impression you may move up sooner than you think. Always keep looking though, just to keep a pulse on the job market and being in control of your career path.
