What are some easy to make, low stress holiday meals for a school holiday staff party? I was "volunteered" by our principal to set it up this year (🙄). My wife wants immediate but perhaps as an attorney, I found that to be an override that I didn’t feel comfortable with, so I want springing. Any reason it should be one over the other? I've worked in-house for X company for 1.5 years now.

Got a 3.5% raise, 2.8% bonus after performance review, - so unnerving given that my review was exceptionally good. They said I'll get promoted to Senior designer in Apr/May.

Last year's performance review was after 6 months in: got a 4% raise, 2% bonus. They promised a better bonus + raise after a full year.


Better raise, bonus promise unfulfilled. My current salary isn't adjusted for inflation. Should I stay for promotion or leave?
