For a 9 LPA package in EY, the gratuity amount was mentioned around 17k. Will this amount be deducted every month? Along with PF?

If that is the case then the original package might be only round 7 LPA.

Really confused, please help, Looking for your advice.

I have offer of 19 LPA from Optum which includes 2.5lpa variable

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

IAAP is an awarding body in UK.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?
