Have worked various roles from SAS Programmer, senior programmer, SAS SME, SAS Senior Consultant, Credit Risk analyst, Fraud monitoring, Data analyst, etc. with multiple SAS tools a banking, capital market, investment, credit risk domain. Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

If anyone feels similar, how do you manage these feelings? I’m personally considering switching to an individual contributor role, but can’t help but feel like a disappointment if I do.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

Considering taking a position with a small-cap in the US trying to build their legal department. The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US? If it matters, I am a 6th year and have been told that I will be expected to hire a junior or paralegal as we build up.
