Hello Guyss!!,
YOE: 5.2
Tech Stack: React.js, Typescript (Frontend Dev)
Wells Fargo => 24L (fixed) + 1.8L ( variable) + 2L (JB)
Publicis Sapient => 22L (negotiable) (Senior Associate L1)
Please advice better one for me to join considering perks and benefits and career growth. I know WLB is better at Wells.
TIA

People still fall for a recruiter's promises, thinking they can accept an offer now and change later. It's a huge trap.
They're just meeting their targets, nothing more. They don't care whether you join or not. I’ve seen many cases where people had to relocate from another state or city due to various reasons.
Yup i was in your shoes till today, they haven’t reached out to me or changed my joining date ( my joining date and LWD was same) or location.
I have resigned from my current organisation and looking for other offers.
I asked some of my friends working in Accenture to directly talk to the recruiting manager, even they don’t respond them
Accenture people management is the worst team u will ever come across.
Pre and post joining, they will never respond to you regarding anything.
U r your own people manager here

I'm in exact same position bro, accepted the offer thinking they'll change base location. No communication or changes since 2 months. That's why I didn't resign from my current company.
I have received offer letter from Accenture with very low compensation. No discussion happens before that. Not sure whether I can accept or not. I have asked hr to revise if but they said it is best they can provide after that no response. What should I do next ?
If you have another letter that will be great for negotiation. Else they will simply ignore. I still have not received my revised offer letter and joining date is next week. Looking for other jobs now.
