How many PTO/Vacation days do you usually take off a year if your employer offers unlimited PTO/Vacation days?

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

What’s an acceptable salary for a entry level customer success manager role in cybersecurity? Coming on with 3 years related experience.

Anyone left to do program management at a tech co? I work largely as a functional delivery lead, driving teams to develop/implement software. In this world I know the way forward. I have an interview for a program manager position in the product management / marketing division. Not sure what to expect here— anyone exited similarly? I think my skills are transferable but think I’m too used to working in the weeds.

How does your firm measure utilization? I work for a small boutique that defines it as utilization = number of billable hours/2,080 and full bonus payout occurs at 80% plus.

My utilization went to 50 in IBM, I think I have taken paternal leave since it went down. My manager put my as PIP improvement goal in checkpoint.
Need to know how to bring this up and is that my job is under risk? Band 7b

My partner (also an attorney) is getting top surgery next month, and it will be an inpatient procedure. Any thoughts on how to explain to my firm that I will be out of touch for a day or two without getting too far into the weeds? Should I just say surgery? That seems dramatic.

What do you all do to make non-professional / personal connections? Particularly with the Coronavirus, and being in domestic relations, I wake up, go to work, work out, go home. So outside of law, my interactions with people are only at the gym given that my area is draining— particularly at the moment. Probably a good thing for now; but if we take coronavirus out of the equation, I’m interested what others in the community do to develop personal connections.

They haven’t been taking the coming out well over the last year (i.e have isolated themselves from their community, screaming and crying when I’m on the phone with mom, dad hasn’t spoken to me since July). I’m incredibly nervous about this conversation. Going to have it in about two hours. Any words of advice?
