Hi, Day before yesterday, my manager called and told me that my performance isn't upto the mark and we are going to switch to some other team for better exposure but I don't want to get internal team switch since the whole project is support. Instead I am looking for a roll-off from project. Actually it's been 2 years + in this support project. Can someone give some suggestions what can I do?

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload. BUT, I would like to get into underwriting. I applied for UW position w/ a different carrier and they’ve made an offer. It’s lower than my current salary and significantly lower than what I’d make by taking the first offer. Do I take the high salary and stay in claims or go for UW in hopes it will be best in long run?

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? The ideal thing is to land in hyderabad, book a hotel for two days and then go to office nearby area and search for PGs, you will get 100+ pgs in each location. Have a look at the room size, ventilation , bed size , if required taste the food also before booking PG.
