Looking for a remote job that allows me the freedom of traveling. Trying to be less micromanaged and trusted to work hard on my own.

Would also love the opportunity to get rewarded for working hard as the last few companies I’ve worked for are not into bonuses or increases in pay. Yes, the benefits are good but if I’m being paid as much as someone who does half the work, why am I busting my a%%?

Senior Staff Consultant (Engineering) in a M->HCOL with 15 YOE currently making 95k. I feel I am underpaid. I am from another country working in the USA on an O1 visa. Can it be that my company is "using" that to their advantage? How do I approach this conversation? When I signed and agreed to my salary in March 2021 before coming over, costs in the USA in general (especially homes) were significantly lower than what they are now, effectively changing the value of my salary significantly.

I have been selected in PWC AC DDV -IT (Delivering Deal value) team as an Associate 2. I am an MBA from Tier-1 college with 3 yrs of post MBA experience (Not in DDV). Is Associate 2 level right for me as I checked that people from top IIMs directly join as Associate 2 just out of college ?
