I accepted offer letter for 9 LPA (8.5 Fixed) from one of a reputed firm. Recently I came to know that for the same position with same skillet and experience of mine, the avg CTC is 12 to 13 LPA. Please suggest how can my CTC can be revised. I tried to get counter offer but mostly everyone company offering up to 9 fixed only. Kindly pour your suggestions.

Hey folks, I want to exit into industry by year end, and ideally I’d like to target associate director or SM roles at biopharma (thinking corp strategy, Portfolio planning, BD&L). I have roughly 2 YOE with a PhD. Is a daily 1.5 hour commute (total) worth a more supportive work environment and better benefits?
Thinking of jumping ship after just 6 months in a fully remote position for an in-house, in person job where expectation is 5d/week in person. Commute would be around 90minutes/day in interstate. Better salary, good 401k match, parental leave (20 weeks paid), 4wks PTO, and a very big name for the resume. 3 YOE. But I love the flexibility of remote work, so struggling to decide.
