Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

I was told that we do not tell people if they got TP. Shame as it would be motivating. Whole system is crazy
So in this round it would be bonus related only. They recently split the cycles to pay increase in June and bonus in December cycles. Promotions mostly June and December by exception. Challenge is recently there have been less promotions, pay increases and fewer / less funded promotion pots with each practice and geography taking slightly different approaches on how to work with smaller funding. Theoretically TP would be a result you get at tell day in November though and should mean you would be financially rewarded
I dont think you're supposed to know you received a TP. People leads can see it in Client account input and may share informally but again, they wouldnt know if it was accepted post talent discussions. Not sure if they see it in final outcomes commentary - never had a counselee receive one.
Obviously it results in a higher bonus - so there are signs if you talk to your peers and exchange numbers.
TP should drive higher base pay increase. Distinctive Impact driving bonus. In reality, rewards have been low over recent cycles so both are used to try to provide meaningful outcomes to high performing individuals (I did say “try”!)
I got an 8% TP bump to my salary as an Analyst and another at Consultant. I believe that bonuses get distributed by your practice mostly based on chargeability but with some discretion.
Its not chargeability. And practices can recommend whatever they want, its the talent leads who make the final call comparing your perf to others in the group.
