Shall I be aware and not sign these right to represents? Are they a scam? Or is it a cultural thing… can someone advise me, I’m based in the USA

I'm in Internal Audit and just got the same feedback 2nd year in a row that I need to be more assertive when presenting Findings to Auditees. I got a very positive feedback overall & was hoping to get promoted this year.. I was told that my communication is good when one on one (I'm an introvert) but my voice lowers when I get receive pushback in a group setting (especially from Senior Management).. Looking for tips on how I can improve and be more assertive.. TIA!

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Add a terrible health situation in my family and it seems there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. Ugh. 😞

Out of curiosity. How would a company view a potential candidate who has a period of unemployment to study for the CPA. I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.
