I am confused between Nagarro and Globant. Both are mid scale, and i have kept options between these two. Although i have total of 6 offers in hand, but im just confused between these two as its best known on learning and hike without much politics. I want this switch for long term, hence need auggestion. My technology is Servicenow. Anyone working either of these can help me on type of projects, policies etc etc.

I stand firm on not wasting my time applying for a job that doesn't post the salary with the job description, anyone else do this? I feel like anytime I have interviewed for a job that didn't post the salary, they end up lowballing me during the offer phase.

An employer requested my college transcripts and HS diploma because they couldn’t verify my education via background check.
This has never before in my life been an issue.
I have a GED, (scored in the 98% percentile 😳🤷🏻‍♀️) and my college grades were 😳😳 nothing I would ever be pleased to share (went from straight As to Cs to Fs, then withdrew). I was honest about my dates of attendance and my lack of degree on my resume.
It took so much courage to send that damn email 😩🙏🏼 will it be okay!?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.

Anyone able to see the September month salary slip in the ADP portal. Any idea when it will be uploaded?

If we are billable on project in nagarro do we need to worry about recession for now .

Hello Folks, I have completed my Technical and Managerial rounds last week and got the confirmation from consultancy that I have cleared the interviews and will schedule a call with HR as per availability.
My question is usually how long does Nagarro HR takes to release the offer ?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
