Potential Role: Exciting projects. $20K increase in base salary plus better 401K Match and better bonus program. Hybid - 3days in the office where you have to swipe. Commute would be 50min by train. But I need y’alls opinion. This potential company has a 5 (FIVE) on the HRC index. Is that a deal killer??

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). I know I will get hated by saying this. Do you think gay pride events are portraying a bad image about our community to public?
