Hi All, I am planning to take up CAT in 2024 and assuming I qualify, I will be in the 2025-27 batch. I would have 4-5 years of work experience by then and of 27 years of age. I know globally people pursue an MBA after a minimum of 5 years of work experience, but how is the scenario in India. To ask more plainly, would a per of 27 years of age not be suitable for a 2 year PGP Program. How is the age diversity in MBA Programs.

So, I landed a Customer Service Advisor job at Sitel in the UK. But I heard that they fire you without any prior notice or end their campaigns abruptly, leaving us with no job. As a first time PM at a company with no PM structure, I’m finding it difficult to learn good practices and bring myself to “the next level”. Has anyone here had a similar self taught start that made the break through to become a solid senior PM? Anything will help, books, etc.

I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens. I’m extra worried because it doesn’t seem there’s IB analyst positions out there. Im really hoping come January more positions come up but I’m just praying they don’t fire me until then.
