Hi all, I attended the first round of interviews for Automation Testing with Accenture (Skills). The interview went pretty well, but I haven't heard back from them yet. My friend received an HR call within 2 hours the same day, so I'm wondering when I can expect an update. It's been a while, and my status in Workday is still marked as 'Interview.' I've seen several negative posts about delays in the recruitment process and not receiving offer letters. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.

How long does IQVIA takes to send offer letter after HR round and sending documents? HR called and confirmed the delay in offer is there since someone is on leave, he would have sent the offer last week itself.

Any thoughts?

I am having 8.7 YOE JAVA Backend developer and having offer from Nagarro now.
So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.

Currently at Meta (working as a Program Manager) and considering accepting a role with Disney Streaming to support the scaling of Disney+. My dream however is to eventually work at Google. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
