I got an offer from Barclays for BA3 position (Analytics role). I have 3 YoE & they're giving a decent hike.

But i'm seeing a lot of posts on this bowl saying BA3 has been eliminated and BA4 is the lowest level now. Is that true across all departments or only certain ones, like Software profiles?
