Hi all, I have 2+ years of experience as a React frontend developer and am planning to transition into a Data Analyst role. Looking for guidance on the best approach—what key skills/tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.) should I focus on, and how to build a strong profile/projects?

Also, how does the typical hiring process look for Data Analyst roles, and how can I effectively handle interviews while switching domains? Any tips on positioning my current experience would really help. Thanks!

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
