I have 3.5 years of experience in IT audit, currently in Big4 Global practice, getting an offer from CSC global of 17 LPA fixed.Current CTC is 14.5 LPA fixed, should I make the switch or ask for more?

Any resume tips to include for strategy roles? Revamped my resume to include some buzzwords, but think it can still use some work. Ive looked up examples online, but am afraid it will blend in too much with all other resumes at that point.

I’m a fairly new manager and there is a high expectation to contribute ideas on how to improve our ways of working, flag up bottlenecks, contribute to strategy etc. We usually have meetings where we discuss these things as a team ( manager and above), but I hardly ever have anything to say. I've been a solo for nearly 20 years and built a small firm from the ground up. Now my practice (5 lawyers plus support staff, total 13 people) is being eyed by a midsize firm. They want me to keep building what I've been doing, except with their resources behind me. It sounds like a wonderful opportunity, but I'm torn over giving up what I built.

Has anyone gone from solo (and a mildly successful solo doing super meaningful work) to a larger firm? I see a lot of posts going the other way.
