Please can pour some suggestions as I need to confirm by tomorrow.Got offer from EY in Technology Consulting at a Senior Consultant Band 4...15 LPA + 10% hike...YOE is 10. Will be my 2nd change.I asked them to wait asI am expecting a market revision. I mentioned to HR in earlier discussion but now they r now asking me to join immediately without considering the revision.

It's happens in some cases when people switch. My suggestion would be calm down don't be hyper and talk to manager that this is not going to help in your career as you need more technical work. Give them time to release tell them, please release me asap. Ask them what is the duration of this project may be 5-6 months then be in project. The only thing can help is by making good relations with manager. Else Stay 7-8 months then start searching so it will one year and one year is enough to switch again.
Thanks for your suggestion. Should I wait more or ask now to my manager ? Is there anyway by which I can get in touch with technical stuff like freelancing. How should I apply is there any leads for this ?
Talk to your manager.
Talk to HR as well.
