Hi all, I have 3 years experience in Power BI, SQL, Power Automate and Power apps. I have completed serving my notice period. I have an offer but they are delaying the joining date due to the project. My last working day was on 28th December I'm still waiting for my joining since then. Today I'm informed that it's not confirmed so it might be delayed again.
Please suggest any openings with my tech skills and experience at NTT DATA , as I'm an immediate joiner.

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!
