Right now I am holding offer of 32 fixed
So NTT data HR told he can offer 33 fixed + 14% variable.
My current CTC is 21lpa
I am feeling that CTC suggested by NTT is on lower side for me especially in Gen AI.
Any idea how much max can I ask for ?
How is the variable pay percentage payout?

Currently I 've planned two options and I'm bit confused which road i've to take:
1) Do Masters degree in Canada, after that try to get Job in there or US.
2) Do any Master Programs in Here (India) and get a job.
