I have an offer from ABB, EPAM and FIS.

ABB - 31 + 15% variable
EPAM - 40 all fixed
FIS - 37 Fixed + 10 % variable
YOE - 10.5

Which one should I consider to join. Other than CTC my primary concern is work life balance and job security. I heard that in FIS work life balance is quite challenging and in few projects employees are working till late night and even on weekends. Not sure about ABB and EPAM though. Please pour you suggestions.
